Refund policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to make the process as smooth and transparent as possible for our customers. To ensure clarity and support, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions outlined below. Our team is always available to assist you throughout the process and help provide the best possible resolution for your request.

While our corporate administrative headquarters are located in Florida (Titan Growth Solutions LLC), all customer returns are processed through our dedicated United States return facility in North Las Vegas, Nevada. This centralized facility allows us to process your returns and exchanges as efficiently and quickly as possible. Please note that this address is strictly for processing returns and exchanges.

RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to ship the item back to us. We use the date on the carrier's tracking record. Items shipped after the 30-day window may be refused.

We accept returns on both defective and non defective products, provided the item meets the following conditions:

The product is unworn and unwashed
The item is returned in its original packaging
All tags, labels, and protective materials remain attached
The item is in the same condition it was delivered

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

How to start a return:
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@almondmuse.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

We reply within 24 hours with the return instructions and the correct return address.
Items must be shipped back within 30 days from the delivery date.
Please use a tracked shipping service and keep your tracking number until the return has been fully processed.
Please note that returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

RETURN SHIPPING

At this time, we do not provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.

We strongly recommend using a reliable courier or postal service with tracking, as Almond Muse cannot be held responsible for parcels lost during return transit.

RESTOCKING FEE

A $10.00 restocking fee will be deducted from returns of non-defective items. This fee does not apply if the item received was faulty or incorrect.

STORE CREDIT & REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, compensation will be issued within 5 to 10 business days.

Items purchased at full price will be refunded to the original payment method.

Items marked as sale at the time of purchase are eligible for store credit only and are not refundable to the original payment method.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.

EXCHANGES

Almond Muse offers exchanges for eligible items.

You may exchange an item provided it is:

Unworn
Unwashed
Returned with all original tags and packaging intact

Exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Once you provide a valid tracking link for your return shipment, we will issue store credit that allows you to place a new order for your preferred size or a different product.

Sale or discounted items may also be exchanged under the same conditions.

You may exchange an item up to two times, provided it meets our return requirements. If the same item is returned a third time, the case may be reviewed for personalized support.

If the replacement item costs less than the original purchase, the remaining balance will remain as store credit valid for 120 days.

If the new item costs more than the original purchase, you may pay the difference at checkout.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

Your order number
Photos of the product
Photos of the packaging

Our support team will review the issue and assist you with a replacement or appropriate resolution.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return:

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Items without original tags or packaging
Items damaged after delivery
Returns sent without prior authorization

FAILED DELIVERIES

If an order is returned to us due to:

Incorrect address provided by the customer
Failed delivery attempts
Refusal of delivery

The customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

POLICY ABUSE

Almond Muse reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges in cases of suspected policy abuse, excessive returns, or fraudulent activity.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Almond Muse reserves the right to update or modify this return policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately once published on our website.
