ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders placed within the UAE are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation
A shipping confirmation email with a tracking link will be sent as soon as your order is on its way. Please note that the tracking link may take up to 4 days to show any updates

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES 

All orders to the United Arab Emirates are shipped using trusted international courier services such as DHL or Aramex, depending on your location and availability. Delivery typically takes 5 to 8 business days after processing. Shipments are fully trackable, and we deliver to all regions of the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and other emirates.

While we always strive for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance, local holidays, extreme weather, or operational issues with the shipping provider. Almond Muse is not responsible for delays caused by third parties but will always assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery issues.

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES 

Duties and taxes are included whenever possible in the shipping process. In most regions, no additional fees will be charged upon delivery. However, if any local customs charges apply, they are the responsibility of the customer.

 

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS 

You may request changes or cancellations before the order has been processed.
We offer a 24-hour cancellation window from the time of purchase. After this period or once the order has been shipped, modifications are no longer possible.
